The main habitats and which animals belong to them. Underneath it is the first idea of adaptation: an animal is not in a place by accident, it is there because something about it suits the place.
What to look for
Ask "what about it helps it live there?" rather than "where does it live?". The second question has one answer and the first one has a conversation in it.
