How it works
A short problem in Polish, then a number pad. The numbers are deliberately small: a
child should get one wrong because they picked the wrong operation, never because the
arithmetic beat them.
Nothing is translated from the English problems, because Polish declines a noun after
a number — 1 jabłko, 2 jabłka, 5 jabłek — and so does the verb. A sentence that says
"5 jabłka" or "w każdym jest 2 ciastka" is a sentence written by a machine, and a child
reading it learns that this is how Polish is written.
